Why did I create Racines et Horizon?

For a long time, I went through life with the feeling that there must be another way to live—one that was more in alignment, more mindful, and closer to what I felt deep inside.
Like many sensitive or highly sensitive people, I went through periods of self-doubt, inner exhaustion, feeling disconnected from myself, and searching for meaning. On the outside, everything might have seemed to be “working,” but on the inside, something was asking to be heard differently.
Over time, I came to understand that fulfillment doesn’t come solely through the mind, performance, or “doing more.” It also comes through the body, feelings, intuition, slowing down, and the ability to return to oneself.
It is this journey that gradually led me toward approaches related to well-being, personal development, energy work, and inner reconnection.
Racines et Horizon was born from this journey.
I envisioned this space as a place of reconnection for people seeking meaning, alignment, and inner balance. A space to slow down, settle in, listen to what’s happening within, and find greater clarity on one’s personal or professional path.
The name Racines et Horizon represents this connection between grounding and openness. Returning to one’s roots—one’s body, one’s feelings, one’s inner truth—so that one can then move toward a more conscious, freer, and more aligned horizon.
Today, through the activation of vital energy, holistic coaching, and retreats, my intention is simply to create spaces where everyone can return to themselves with greater gentleness, presence, and awareness.
Because sometimes, what we seek outside begins first with an inner reconnection.
