Yatra Kundalini Activation?
The Yatra Kundalini Activation (YKA) is an energy practice created by Céline Bergamini that helps activate and circulate vital energy throughout the body. This energy, often called “life energy,” already exists within each of us! The practice simply creates the conditions for it to flow more freely. This technique allows you to connect with yourself through conscious trance.
Kundalini Activation is not based on effort, willpower, or control. It is experienced in a state of receptivity, letting go, and presence. During a session, participants lie down with their eyes closed, accompanied by music and the facilitator's energy field. The name "Yatra" has its roots in Sanskrit, where it means "spiritual journey." This profound meaning reflects the very essence of Yatra Kundalini Activation, which invites you to embark on a deeply liberating and transformative inner journey.

Who is Kundalini Activation for?
Kundalini Activation isn't just for "spiritual" people or those already on a path of personal development. You don't need to believe in anything, have a particular practice, or be "energy-sensitive" to experience it. The body already possesses its own intelligence. This approach simply reactivates what is naturally present within us: movement, circulation, and the body's ability to release tension and rebalance itself.

Contraindications and precautions
Mental health : pathologies or history of psychiatric pathology, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, person under neuroleptic or antipsychotic treatment.
Physical : cardiovascular disorders (history of heart attack, stroke…), epilepsy, glaucoma, severe asthma, recent surgery, phlebitis, pregnancy.
If in doubt, an exchange with the facilitator before booking is always possible, and it is recommended to obtain medical advice.
How to prepare for a first session?
Kundalini Activation requires, above all, openness, receptivity, and a willingness to let go.
01/ Avoid eating for 3 to 4 hours before the session, and refrain from alcohol and other substances for 24 hours beforehand.
02/ Wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry.
03/ Come with no specific expectations. What you experience will be what your body needs at that moment, not what you imagine.

Integration after the session
Integration is an essential step in the process, even though it is often the least visible.
After a session, the body and nervous system continue to process, release, and reorganize what has been experienced. The effects do not stop the moment the session ends; they can continue to unfold in the hours or days that follow.
Taking care of this integration phase allows the body to assimilate the experience more smoothly. It is important to stay hydrated, eat nourishing foods, slow down, limit external stimuli, and allow yourself rest if your body feels the need.
Simple practices such as walking in nature, taking a warm bath, breathing mindfully, or getting enough sleep can support this process.
It also happens that certain emotions, sensations, or realizations emerge after the session. More vivid dreams, unusual fatigue, or internal shifts may sometimes occur. These manifestations are often part of the body’s natural process of regulation and rebalancing.
If certain experiences feel too intense or difficult to navigate alone, it can be helpful to seek support from a qualified professional to safely guide you through the process.
A practice that raises many questions?
In yogic traditions, Kundalini is described as a vital energy present within each of us, often associated with the base of the spine. For thousands of years, various spiritual and physical traditions have referred to this inner force as a source of transformation, consciousness, and the flow of energy within the body.
Kundalini Activation, in its contemporary approach, is a practice that aims to create a supportive space for this energy to begin moving naturally again. There is nothing to control or deliberately provoke. The person lies down, relaxes, and allows the body to have its own experience.
The process is based on a phenomenon of energetic resonance between the facilitator and the participants. Through their presence and their own inner work, the facilitator creates a field that allows the participant’s system to activate its natural capacities for self-regulation and release.
